Paper requirements

Submission guidelines:

  • The namuscript has not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Accepted file type: Please submit your manuscript with a .docx file (MS word file).
  • Number of pages: 4-8. Papers less than 4 pages are not accepted.
  • Review: In order to be considered for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings, which is Scopus-indexed, the manuscripts will be reviewed by two independent experts in the field. The review is single-blind. The editorial board will decide whether the paper is either Accepted, Accepted with revision, or Rejected based on the reviewers’ report. The major points for reviewing are: 1) Scope of the manuscript, 2) The novelty of the study, 3) The quality of technical presentation of the manuscript, and 4) Format and other submission requirements.
  • Plagarism check: During the reviewing, the manuscripts are also conducted with a similarity check with well-known tools, such as Grammarly of Turnitin. The accepted similarity index is below 20%. Therefore, authors are advised to make the similarity check of their manuscript by themselves before submitting the full paper.
  • Grammar check: The full paper will be also checked for grammar. This is made after the manuscript is accepted. The suggestion of grammar revision will be sent back to the authors for confirmation before the publication.
