Registration fees

Options for Registration fee:

  1. Attendance, Without Presentation and Publication:
    • Offline mode: USD 25.0 or VND 600,000.
    • Online mode: USD 10.0 or VND 240,000.
  2. With Presentation Only:
    • Offline mode: USD 50.0 or VND1,200,000.
    • Online mode: USD 25.0 or VND 600,000.
  3. With Presentation and Publication in Scopus-Indexed proceedings:
    • Offline and Online: USD 250.0 or VND 6,000,000.
    • 25% Discount for papers whose first or corresponding authors from co-host universities: BETU, UV, and VLU (*)
    • 20% Discount for Early Birds (until August 20, 2023) (**)

Kindly note:

    • A paper is applicable to only one discount, i.e. either (*) or (**).
    • Discounts are only applicable to Option (3).

The registration fee includes:

    • Options (1)-(3): An abstract book (soft copy) and certificate of attendance (soft copy) for both Offline and Online modes; and tea-break and lunch for Offline mode.
    • Option (3): Publication in Scopus-Indexed proceedings.
