Nhằm tăng cường hoạt động hợp tác quốc tế, mở rộng môi trường học tập thực tiễn và nâng cao năng lực hội nhập cho sinh viên, đoàn giảng viên và sinh viên khoa Công nghệ kỹ thuật ô tô Trường Đại học Kinh tế – Kỹ thuật Bình Dương (BETU) đã hoàn thành chuyến học tập trải nghiệm và trao đổi học thuật ngắn hạn tại Trường Đại học Công nghệ Malaysia (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia – UTM).
Chuyến đi là một dấu ấn quan trọng trong chiến lược đào tạo gắn kết quốc tế của BETU, đồng thời mang đến cho sinh viên cơ hội tiếp cận môi trường giáo dục tiên tiến, hiện đại trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật – công nghệ ô tô.
Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, sinh viên khoa Công nghệ kỹ thuật ô tô BETU đã được: Tham quan hệ thống phòng thí nghiệm, xưởng thực hành, trung tâm nghiên cứu của UTM giúp sinh viên BETU hiểu và thực hành quy trình thiết kế - mô phỏng - tạo mẫu ô tô; trải nghiệm trực tiếp các phần mềm OBD-II thực tế, nâng cao kỹ năng kiểm định, chẩn đoán ô tô; giao lưu, trao đổi học thuật với giảng viên và sinh viên UTM về nội dung động cơ đốt trong và công nghệ tăng áp. Sinh viên thực hiện trên mô hình 3D, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới như động cơ hydro, nâng cao chất lượng đồ án.
Bên cạnh các hoạt động chuyên môn, đoàn sinh viên BETU còn được trải nghiệm văn hóa, đời sống và môi trường học tập quốc tế tại Malaysia, góp phần hình thành tư duy hội nhập, tinh thần cởi mở và khả năng thích ứng trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa.
Chuyến học tập trải nghiệm tại UTM đã để lại nhiều ấn tượng sâu sắc, là hành trang giúp sinh viên khoa Công nghệ kỹ thuật ô tô BETU tự tin hơn trên con đường học tập, nghiên cứu và nghề nghiệp tương lai, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực công nghệ ô tô đang không ngừng đổi mới và phát triển.
Thông qua chương trình này, Nhà trưởng tiếp tục khẳng định định hướng đào tạo ứng dụng - thực tiễn – hội nhập quốc tế, tạo điều kiện để sinh viên được học tập, trải nghiệm trong môi trường giáo dục tiên tiến, từng bước đáp ứng yêu cầu nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao cho xã hội và doanh nghiệp.

FROM BETU CLASSROOMS TO UTM MALAYSIA: THE LEARNING AND INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION JOURNEY OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY STUDENTS
With the aim of strengthening international cooperation activities, expanding practical learning environments, and enhancing students’ international integration capacity, the delegation of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Automotive Engineering Technology, Binh Duong Economics and Technology University (BETU) has completed a short-term experiential learning and academic exchange program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
The trip marks an important milestone in BETU’s internationally oriented training strategy, while providing students with opportunities to access an advanced and modern educational environment in the field of automotive engineering and technology.
Within the framework of the program, students of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering Technology at BETU were able to: Visit UTM’s laboratory systems, practical workshops, and research centers, enabling BETU students to understand and practice the automotive design–simulation–prototyping process; gain hands-on experience with real OBD-II software, enhancing skills in vehicle inspection and diagnostics; engage in academic exchange with UTM lecturers and students on internal combustion engines and turbocharging technologies. Students worked on 3D models and explored new technologies such as hydrogen engines, contributing to improved project quality.
In addition to professional activities, BETU students also experienced Malaysian culture, lifestyle, and the international learning environment, contributing to the development of an international mindset, openness, and adaptability in the context of globalization.
The experiential learning trip at UTM left a strong impression and serves as valuable preparation for BETU automotive engineering technology students, helping them become more confident in their academic, research, and future career paths, especially in the continuously evolving automotive technology sector.
Through this program, the University continues to affirm its application-oriented, practice-based, and internationally integrated training orientation, creating conditions for students to study and gain experience in advanced educational environments, thereby gradually meeting the demand for high-quality human resources for society and industry.
