OVERVIEW OF THE FACULTY
1. Introduction to the Department
The Faculty of Engineering - Technology is overseen by a dynamic team of young, dedicated lecturers who have received training from prestigious foreign institutions such as Ritsumeikan University, INSA Lyon, Brown University, Osaka University, Hosei University, Keio University, Kookmin University, Université de Tours, and Université de Bordeaux. Currently, the Faculty focuses on training in areas with high societal demand, particularly in industrial parks in Binh Duong. These fields include Electrical - Electronics Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology, as well as Logistics and supply chain management.
2. Scientific Research
The Faculty places a strong emphasis on scientific research among both lecturers and students. This is achieved through the organization of domestic and international scientific conferences, such as the Seminar ISETASD 2023 and monthly research seminars. Additionally, the Faculty conducts scientific research competitions at both school and Faculty levels, exemplified by events like the 1st BETU student scientific research conference in 2022 and the Scientific research conference for students of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology in 2023.

Lecturers and students contribute significantly to the academic community, having published numerous articles in both domestic and international journals, including the Journal of Building Physics, RCEneE XV & Thermofluid XIII, International Conference on Material Machines and Methods for Sustainable Development (MMMS2022), and the Economic Journal - Binh Duong, among others.
3. Collaboration with Businesses
Adopting an application-oriented approach to education, the Faculty's leadership prioritizes collaborations with businesses to integrate practical knowledge into the curriculum, address the evolving needs of the industry, and secure internship and employment opportunities for students. Notable collaborations include signed MOUs with both domestic and international partners, such as Honda Binh Duong Company, Innova USA Company, Daejeon University Korea, and KyungWoon University Korea. Additionally, a notable MOA was signed with Innova Company to establish a center for Automotive Diagnosis, Repair, and Simulation.

The Faculty maintains strong connections with businesses, facilitating student internships at prominent companies such as Hao Phuong Joint Stock Company, CP Livestock Joint Stock Company, and Binh Duong Telecommunication, among others. Furthermore, businesses generously sponsor academic activities and student scholarships, contributing to a robust learning environment.
Academic Exchange and Research with International Students:
The Faculty actively participates in academic exchange activities, such as those with the Korean Association of Daejeon Universities at Van Lang University, enhancing the global perspective of our students and faculty.
4. Student Affairs
The learning environment at BETU extends beyond the classroom, providing students with ample opportunities to engage in extracurricular and academic activities. These include participation in sports tournaments such as the Asian Universities 2023 football tournament in Taebaek City, Korea, as well as specialized competitions both within and outside the school premises. Moreover, students have the chance to visit international exhibitions and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology and business practices, such as the International Exhibition "Logistics Vietnam 2023" and the Seminar "Knowledge and Skills to develop your career in the 4.0 era."
