Office management is a field specializing in training for tasks related to effectively implementing, monitoring, evaluating, designing, and planning office activities. Office management aids in analyzing and building electronic information systems, designing websites and information pages that serve office needs, and managing the data and records of a company or enterprise.
The Office Management field provides theoretical and practical knowledge in clerical work, management personnel, and office staff to meet the essential needs of companies and enterprises. This field focuses on training basic professional skills in archiving, clerical management, and office administration within organizations, agencies, and businesses.
The Office Management training program consists of two main areas of knowledge:
· Knowledge of state, law, and administrative law in Vietnam, skills in drafting and issuing documents, clerical work, and management of archiving and office administration. Additionally, organizing and utilizing further resources, managing company documents and seals.
· Researching and applying the latest international standard office tools to support office tasks.

Additionally, after graduating with a bachelor's degree, students can pursue higher education to become a Master's or Doctorate in Office Management or Management and Administration.
Salary Range in Office Management: Every organization, company, or institution requires an office and hence needs office management personnel, making the basic salary level in this field quite high.
+ For individuals without practical work experience, responsible for office administration, the basic salary ranges from 6 to 8 million VND per month.
+ For those with 1 to 2 years of professional experience, salaries are relatively high, ranging from 8 to 12 million VND per month depending on capability.
+ Experienced managers with 3 to 5 years or more can earn salaries calculated in USD, potentially reaching up to 55 million VND per month.
