THE INTRODUCTION OF MANAGEMENT FACULTY

Established in 2009, after more than 14 years of development, the Faculty of Management (FOM) has developed rapidly in many aspects such as constantly expanding training majors, training levels and quality assurance. Graduates can quickly meet social needs.

The FOM is aiming for international standards, professional teaching, dedication of their profession, passion for scientific research, and friendliness with students and colleagues. The Faculty's training programs are designed according to modern, scientific output standards and are application-oriented, incorporating new practice and knowledge of society about the profession.

Currently, the faculty is training 4 majors at university degree: Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, Restaurant Management and Gastronomy and a major at master degree: Master of Business Administration.  The Business Administration training program is designed with 2 majors: 1) Business Administration and 2) Real Estate Business. The Business Administration field performs business process management activities to maintain and develop the business process of an enterprise. This industry creates management systems and processes to maximize work efficiency and business management.

 The Office Management is a field related to the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and ensuring that the working process in an organization's office is always productive and efficient. The office administrator is responsible for monitoring and tracking the system, and it is focussed on specific goals such as improved time, revenue, production, or sales.

 The Marketing is equipped by basic marketing knowledge such as: market research, building and developing customer relationships, organizing product distribution, product pricing, and brand promotion. , event organization,...

 The Restaurant Management and Gastronomy is simply understood as the field of study in the field of restaurant management in terms of culinary culture. Carry out management tasks for culinary, conferences, events, etc.

RESEARCH:

 Scientific research activities attract a lot of attention from faculty and students of the Faculty. In 2023, there will be 06 articles published in domestic and international magazines; 03 research articles by students and 11 groups participating in scientific research among students at the school level.

 The Faculty is developing in accordance with the University's orientation. COOPERATION WITH BUSINESSES:  The Faculty has been cooperating with many businesses relating to the field of training such as BIDV Bank, Vietcombank, Kienlongbank, Eximbank, Long Viet Wood Company, Asia - Europe wood, Minh Long ceramics , Fahasha bookstore, The Mira hotel, Tiamo restaurant, Nam Anh... to both create connections between theory and practice in training and provide job orientation for students after graduation.

 The faculty offer a lot of chances for students to go to businesses to study and practice when they are first-year students so that they can orient themselves about the career they are studying.

STUDENTS:

 Graduation rate reaches 80%, the rate of graduates having jobs is more than 92%. When studying at the faculty, students not only receive professional training, but they also learn career support skills: communication skills, work arrangement skills, negotiation skills, thinking skills, creative thinking, developing startup ideas, Simina academic activities, workshops, talented administrator competitions, cultural, arts, and sports competitions help students develop comprehensively.

 During the year, students of the Faculty of Management achieved very high achievements from activities at the national, provincial and school levels.

    The General Faculty is the academic unit of the university, directly under the supervision of the President. Its function is to assist the President in developing the Faculty's academic strategy; managing and supervising the specialized activities of the departments under the Faculty. The General Faculty advises the President on the supplementation and updating of syllabus, curriculum, textbooks, materials, and facilities to support teaching.

    Faculty of Engineering - Technology is overseen by a dynamic team of young, dedicated lecturers who have received training from prestigious foreign institutions such as Ritsumeikan University, INSA Lyon, Brown University, Osaka University, Hosei University, Keio University, Kookmin University, Université de Tours, and Université de Bordeaux.
